There are some status terms you should know. Below are the different order statuses:
Submitted: You successfully submitted your order to AliBaba! The order will go through a brief review, and will be sent to the warehouse for processing.
Processing: Your order is at an Alibaba warehouse being prepped for shipment. Usually, orders are shipped out within 2 business days.
Shipped: Your order is on its way! A tracking number should have been emailed to you so you can track the item as it makes its way to you.
Delivered: The carrier indicated that they have delivered your items! Double check your tracking to see where they left your package.
Cancelled: Few circumstances can cause an order cancellation:
- Your form of payment could not be successfully processed.
- You cancelled the order.
- Due to an unforeseen circumstance, Alibaba cannot process an order at that time.
Return Initiated: At your request, Alibaba set up a return for an order.
Return Complete: An Alibaba warehouse received the returned item.
How do I check the status of my International Order?
To check the status of your international order, please login to your Alibaba account.
All parcels sent outside of the EU are subject to customs charges. Customs charges are determined when the parcel arrives, therefore it’s impossible for us to determine whether you’ll be charged and by how much in advance.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Alibaba has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

We are currently shipping to more than 100 international countries including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and many others. International shipping takes a minimum of 15 business days and all costs are determined at the time of checkout. Also note, we will gladly ship internationally and provide you with the tracking information. Once the item(s) leaves our warehouse and the tracking was assigned the customer has to communicate with the courier for updates(certain restrictions apply). Please note, that a return request can only be made for orders up to 2 days past the delivery date. Once your claim has been received, we will communicate with our supplier to have the claim assessed. We are committed to getting all return claim inquiries assessed in a timely manner. You can typically expect our response to your claim within 4 days and a resolution in no more than 7 days.
